Melissa Ward

Coach Melissa has over 20 years experience in coaching and competing at cheer, dance, gymnastics, and twirling. She began coaching while still a student at Baylor University, where she was a Golden Girl for four years, including two years as captain. She began competing at twirling, dance, and gymnastics at age 3, and was a nationally-ranked twirler through high school. Melissa was a cheerleader through middle school and high school. She coached our Tiny Squad for 2006 - 2007, and will work with the Show Team for 2007 - 2008. Specializing in working with the younger children, Melissa also teaches our Pre-Tumbling classes for 2 and 3 year olds.
